Özet: It has been observed that the lavender plant grown naturally in Isparta raises the tourism activities a little. In this context, it is thought that the lavender plant, which is beneficial to the tourism of Isparta, is accompanied by the missing gastronomy and culinary culture in the city. The purpose of the work is to find out what foods and drinks lavender grown in Kuyucak Village of Isparta, which is connected to Keçiborlu District, the lavender food and beverages are the reaction of tourists from the sea and how much lavender will benefit the tourism of Isparta. A semi-structured interview technique, one of the qualitative research methods, applied as the data collection tool in the study. According to the findings of the interviews conducted in Kuyucak Village of Isparta's Keçiborlu, it has determined that lavender is used for many foods and beverages and that the first reactions of the tourists coming to the village of Kuyucak are positive for these foods and drinks that lavender-containing foods and beverages will benefit the development of gastronomic tourism in Isparta.
