Özet: Political participation every segment of society for indispensable right in contemporary democracies. However, handicapped use that rights extremely limited by reason of the fact that restricted possibilities and social barrier. Political participation, indispensable position nowadays democracies. All person’s political participation not equal. Political participation be affected variable component socio-economic variables as income, profession, sex, enclave, immigration, social classifacation and age, psychological variables; to be effective emotion, consciousness of citizenship, empathy, social entrepreneur emotion, alienation, anomy, affectless, political variables; individual and environment discuss in literature. Handicapped’s political participation widespread to be seen low-level our countries as in worldwide. Especially our contries to be found crucial difficulties political field active participation. Handicapped especially excluded to say not wrong become a member of a party, take charge in party organ, city manager, city councilor, general provincial council be elected to the parliament. Proverbially, political field participation other way at effectively take charge in non governmental organizations. Handicapped not to be seen enough member, manager position in handicapped non governmantel organizations both and other non governmental organizations.
