Özet: In this study, it was aimed to reveal the current situation of enterprises producing milk and dairy products in Hatay province and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis was done. In this research, semı-structured questionnaires were applied by conducting individual interviews with 56 enterprises and the full count method was used. Ecological conditions were suitable for dairy farming, enterprises were close to milk producers, local dairy variety in Hatay, intense of Hatay people's demand for local dairy products, and the continuity of demand throughout the year were the strengths of the dairy industry. Low level of education, dairy products that could be perishable quickly, inadequate organization, high demand for cheap products, not being able to advertise the products adequately, working with low capacity of enterprises, lack of information system were weaknesses.
