Özet: In this study, an approach for automatic building extraction of Orthophoto, Digital Surface Model (DEM) and Digital Terrain Model (SAM) data generated from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data is presented. The approach has been tested at the Technology Park site in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. DEM and orthophoto were generated from the images using automatic matching technique. The buildings were determined by segmentation and classification of the orthophoto created by object-oriented method. The buildings were identified by applying various morphological processes in the classification process. The buildings identified by counting the existing buildings were compared and 89% success rate was determined.
