Özet: Abstract.. The journey that began with the train to Germany for short-term work has already left the 1960s behind. Meanwhile, family reunification took place, and the second generation third generation was born and started to grow in Europe, so problems have arisen in ensuring intercultural language transfer. Although, after the first generation family reunification, it is seen that these services are insufficient in the third generation in trying to maintain the Turkish language and culture by building mosques, Turkish cultural societies. It has been revealed that third generation young people are limited to speaking the Turkish language only in family and friend environments, while Dutch is spoken as an official language in all areas of society and their Turkish is pushed to the background. Dutch words are often inserted into Turkish sentences, thus creating a language called Dutch Turkish. It has emerged that educational activities that will support the Turkish language history and culture are required for the third and subsequent generations to be integrated in the European countries where they reside and to reach the position they deserve and to adopt their own identity. The Ministry of the Republic of Turkey and the Turks Abroad (YTB) has recommended the steps that should be taken in this regard.
