Özet: Peer bullying is an important public health problem with destructive and permanent effects for students. Scientific studies pointing to peer bullying have increased in the world and in our country in recent years. However, there are few randomized controlled studies that test the effectiveness of specially designed programs to prevent and respond to peer bullying for children. The literature emphasizes the need for descriptive and intervention studies on peer bullying. Child nurses will contribute to the reduction of peer bullying rates and the improvement of child health by developing and implementing prevention and intervention programs based on models of peer bullying. This study was written to compile effective-tested programs and current approaches to prevent peer bullying and to shed light on professionals working in the field of children.
