Özet: Şanlıurfa is one of Turkey's richest province in terms of ancient settlements and historical monuments and it is also home to the ancient city of Harran which is believed to host the world’s first university. Many structures and historical artifacts were unearthed as a result of the archaeological studies carried out in this ancient settlement surrounded by walls in Harran district. Historical artifacts of varying sizes have been documented by classical archaeological methods and taken into the inventory of the Şanlıurfa Archeology Museum for exhibition and protection. In addition to classical documentation, 3D modeling of historical artifacts with photogrammetric methods and digitally recording will bring some important advantages in terms of delivering the artifacts to future generations in a sensible way. In this study, historical artifacts of various sizes unearthed in archaeological studies in the ancient city of Harran were modeled with photogrammetric methods and digitally recorded in detail. These models will be used in future studies to create virtual museums and catalogs.
