Interview method was used as data collection technique. Based on expert opinions, an eight-question semi-structured interview form was developed. In order to increase the internal validity of the research (credibility), a conceptual framework was formed as a result of the literature review. In order to increase the external validity of the research, the research process and what has been done in this process are explained in detail. In order to solve the quality problem, the Technical Education Faculties should be reopened, the engineers and teachers should be terminated by making the necessary arrangements in order to solve the complexity. It was concluded that the coordination of Higher Education Council should be increased, school-industry cooperation should be increased, workshops and laboratories should be equipped with the latest technology, training planning should be done and teacher candidates should not be taken more than the need.
