Özet: The aim of the research is to determine how the model developed to teach decision making skills to the fourth grade students in the classroom application process. The study was designed as an action research and was conducted in one of the fourth grade of a public school in the Arnavutköy district of İstanbul. The findings of the study are as follows: Before applying the model, students’ perceptions of decision-making skills were found to be low. After the model was applied, it was concluded that students’ perceptions of decision making skills increased.
