Özet: In this study, it was aimed to determine the consumption habits of the students in the Food Technology Management Department of Osmaniye Korkut Ata University Kadirli School of Applied Sciences. The data obtained from the surveys conducted with a total of 41 students who were given a 24 question survey formed the basis of the study. The surveys were implemented in September 2019. In the study, 85,4% of the students interviewed stated that they had knowledge about organic products and 14,6% didn?t; the factors affecting the consumption preference of organic products were the price, nutritional value, being safe, not harmful to health and being natural. In the study, it was seen that information about organic products was mostly obtained from the internet; It was stated that the most important factor affecting the consumption of organic products is the price of organic products; 90,2% of the respondents stated that organic products are expensive and 9,8% are not expensive. In the study, it is stated that the season in which organic products are consumed the most is summer; While most of the students look at the packaging and label of the product while buying organic products; it was determined that a small part of them looked at the logo of the product. In the study, it was observed that organic fresh vegetables and fruits, organic tomato paste and olive oil were at the top in terms of consuming organic product groups.
