Özet: An efficient method of marketing strategy couldn’t have been formed because of the marketing and sales activities performed by Construction companies for long years. In this review, the aim is to give information and evaluate suggestions about usage types of Search Engine Advertisements which is a Digital Marketing Technique and has an important role in Real Estate marketing. Real Estate Sector, is containing various variables such as sociocultural factors, technological improvements, economical and regulative variables, financial system changes. As the competition in Real Estate Sector increases, a different marketing concept of time period took place of the traditional marketing concept. In Real Estate Sector Digital Marketing tools such as SEO, Google AdWords, Visual Advertisement are being used to reach consumers. It is adviced that a new marketing concept that would be shaped according to the needs of Real Estate Sector could be systematised by using digital and traditional marketing techniques.
