Özet: An alternative technique of the combined coronary and lower limb revascularization: Ascending aorta to femoral by pass. Two patients with both coronary artery disease and leg ischemia were treated with a combined revascularization procedure without opening the peritoneum. The indications of this procedure are severe ischemic signs in the left leg of the first patient, obesity and having had previously colesistectomy in the second patient. Both patient recovered well and experienced no angina or claudication. This technique is simple, safe and good alternative especially in patients who have severe leg ischemia or who are considered to have high risk during laparotomy.
