Özet: In order to investigate the results of surgical in vascular trauma we observed the traumatic injuries which attended to our clinic between February 1985-December 1993 61 emergent vascular interventions were done to 45 patients, 5 (% 11) female, 40 (% 89) male, mean age whom Nas 25 years, 43 (%: 70) of lesions were arteri! and 18 (% 30) of them were venous 36 (% 59) of them were in the up :,er extremities while 25 (% 41) were in the lower 9 (% 20) of them were accompanied by nerve injuries and 2 (% 4) of :hem by bone fracture. Ligation in 5 /% 5) patient, interposition of prosthetic greft in 3 (% 3) patients, saphenous vein 1raft in 2 (% 3) patients and saphenous vein patch anjioplasty in 2 (% 3) patients were applied. Morbidity was % 6.6 ith loss of 2 extremities. Mortality was % 2.2 with loss of 1 patient.
