Özet: The inguinal region is of great importance in vascular surgery: both as the anastomotic region and as a re gion of false aneurysms after arterial punctions. The therapy of inguinal anerysms is operative. in our clinic were operated 46 cases of inguinal aneurysms: 10 cases (21.74 %) of arteriosclerotic aneurisms (5 of these 10.87 %) were cases of general dilatated arteriosclerosis), 12 cases (26.08 %) of postoperative anas tomotic aneurysms, 24 cases (52.17 %) of false aneurysms from diagnostic or therapeutical punctions. The tirsi diagnose was realized by palpation ofa pulsating tumor. This diagnose was guaranteed with ultra sonography. in some cases angiography was necessary. The aneurysms of 2• cm and more were operated. Be cause of an exalted possibility of complications and because ofa mortality rate of 0.00 % in our cases in our opi nion the indication should be wide.
