Özet: lnflammatory abdominal aorta aenurysms (IAAA) consist of 2.5-15 percent of total abdominal aorta aneurysms. IAAA's are huge and white aneurysms. These aneurysms can not resect, due to extensive fibros is and dissection is immopssible. Surgery was performed 37 abdominal aorta aneurysms which 5 of them were (% 13.8) inflammatory abdominal aorta aneurysms. AII IAAA were located infra-renal .abdominal aorta. Ureteric involvement and subse­ quently hydronephrosis was found in one case. Proximal controls of aneürysms were achieved just above the aneu­ rysmal mass in three cases.. Proximal control of aortajust above the aneurysmal mass was not achieved in two cas­ es. in these patients proximal control of aorta was successfully achieved through bursa omentalis just superior of the celiac truncus. Aorta femoral bifurcated Dacron graft was bypassed in all cases. Uterolysis was performed in one cases whic_h have hydronephrosis. Proximal controls of aorta through bursa omentalis, just superior of the ce­ liac truncus without extensive dissection reduce the operative mortality and morbidity.
