Özet: We Searched emergency surgical procedures for active bleeding vascular injuries between. January 1994 and June 1998 in our clinic, In this time interval we operated on 167 active bleeding patients (32 female, 135 male) with five rent surgical techniques. 59 of them (35.3%) had end-to-end anastomoses, repair in 43 (25.7%), otagen graft Oen in 21 (12,6%), synthetic greft interposition In 2 (1.2%) and ligation technique in 42 (25.2%) to control the ye bleeding. patient (0.6%) who had iliac artery repair was dead on the fifth day after the operation. One patient (0.6%) who femoral artery, venous and nerve injury underwent to above-knee amputation. All patients had no problems on follow-up period of mean 25 months (range, 5 to 57 months). At the active bleeding peripheral vascular injuries, the right timing, and also the technique of the operation save the life of the patients and give better qualified living to the patient.
