Özet: All patients with Behcet's disease which followed during a 10 years of period between 1988 and 1998 at Uludag University were reviewed in a retrospective manner. Patients with arterial involvement, therapeutic approaches hod the results evaluated accordingly. There were 72 cases with vascular involvement in total of 185 patients. Twentyfour arterial lesions were found belonging 20 patients, among of total 94 vascular lesions. Nine surgical procedures wore performed in 6 patients• with arterial involvement. Two patients In postsurgical period and three patients on pharmacological therapy were last due to rupture of their pulmonary artery aneurysm. Results of the surgical procedures either for peripheral arterial anerurysm or occlusions were found satisfactory in early period, although isle occlusions or false aneurysm formation were seen in some.
