Özet: Sptenic artery aneurysms (SAA) are an uncommon clinical entities that usually have an asymplomatic course but carry the risk of rupture and fatal hemorrhage. Association ol these lesions with atypical symploms or rupture is not suprising and the number of symptomatic cases and rupture increase with age. The current llıerapeutic menu inciudes open surgery, catheter embolization or laearoscopic ligation. In this report we present an old female patient wth SAA who had precordial pain slmulates Ischemic heart disease after exercise and feeding. The proximal saccular SAA was treated surgically and discussed symptoms, presentation and treatment of these lesions.
