Özet: Among the causes of deep vein thrombosis are there imbalance of some of the heamatologic lactors and frequenıly venous stasis dua to immobility of debilitated patients.A racely seen cause of venous stasis and deep vein thrombosis is the compression caused by aneurysmal ditatalion of neighbouring arteries. in this report, it is mentionad about our therapeutic approach to a patient with femoral artery aneurysm causing venous stasis mimicking deep vein thrombosis and two patients with aortailiac and popliteal artery aneurysm separateiy as the leading cause of deep vein thrombosis, Taking !hese lhree cases in consideration, we needed to emphasize that arterial aneurysms must be thought in etiologic investigation of deep vein thrombosis.
