Özet: Although the occurance of subclavian artery injuries is rather rare among the whole vascular injuries, they courses with high mortality. Acute injuries of the great vessels of the heart usually come in to clinic with life threatening situations that needs an emergent management. That"s why putting the exact diagnosis and finding the best way of management as soon as possible is very important. The most important problem of the great vessel injuries of the aorta is to show the surgery field with suitable operation techniques. We repaired subclavian artery injuries of two patients with clavicula transection, who are admitted to emergency department of our hospital following penetrating thorax trauma.
