Özet: Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS) appeared in a young female patient who was treated for infertility with ovulation induction and in vitro fertilization at the sixth week of gestation. Five weeks after the recovery , she suffered from swelling and pain of the left cervical area. Doppler ultrasonography revealed internal juguler vein and subclavian vein junction thrombosis. She has got low molecular heparin therapy. She was examined for thrombophilic syndromes (factory V leiden, protein C,S deficiency, genetic mutations) which all results were negative. We aimed to present very uncommon clinical subclavian-juguler venous thrombosis due to OHSS. (Turkish J Vasc Sur 2008;17(1):35-38).
