Özet: Arteriovenous fistula operations are the procedures most frequently used to facilitate the use of haemodialysis and to improve the life standards and quality of the patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). One of the frequent complications caused by the use of arteriovenous fistula is the occurrence of pseudoaneurysm. The incidence of pseudoaneurysm has been documented to be between 2% and 10% in those who are exposed to dialysis through synthetic vascular grafts. In this study, we aimed to present a case of graft pseudoaneurysm in a patient who was kept under HD pro- gram due to the diagnosis of late CRF for seven years and who was attached to HD program via AVF by using a PTFE graft arteriovenous fistula on the right upper extremity. Though she was under haemodialysis for seven years, she experienced a swelling graft pseudoaneurysm in the upper part of her right arm within the last seven months.
