Özet: Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) is a congenital syndrome, in which varicosities accompany skin pigmentations and extremity hypertrophy. Although the management of patients with KTS continues to be primarily nonoperative, those patients with patent deep veins can be treated successfully with surgery. However, it is essential to evaluate the venous system in detail prior to the op- eration. We discussed the surgical option in Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome based on a patient who had had a perforating vein insufficiency as well and had a good outcome after our surgical intervention.
