Özet: A 19-year-old male patient admitted to our hospital with Horner"s Syndrome by taking the findings of swelling on the right side of his neck ipsilateral ptosis, miosis, enophthalmus and an- hidrosis. The patient had undergone drillingutting tool injury 21 days ago. A pseudoaneurysm developing from the right common internal carotid artery was detected in doppler ultrasonography and magnetic resonance angiography. The patient was operated and right common carotid artery repaired with primary suture technique. No complication was occured during and after the procedure. The patient was discharged on the fourth postoperative day without any complication.
