Özet: A neuroectodermal Schwannoma is a firm, properly limited, pain-free, encapsulated, and slow-growing benign tumor. This type of tumor is most commonly seen in the head and neck, as well as arising from peripheral nerves by 20%. Schwannoma is 8% of all soft tissue tumors. Treatment includes total excision of the mass. In this article, the case of an 11-year-old male patient with an hemangioma in the right upper extremity antecubital region is reported. The hemangioma was verified with magnetic imaging resonance and treated with intraoperative frozen section biopsy, although the case was presented as Schwannoma.
