Özet: Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and colorectal cancers (CRC) are seen in increasing frequency in the elderly population and are rarely found simultaneously. Treatment planning in si- multaneous AAA and CRC is still controversial. The choice of single-stage or two-stage treatment is made according to the urgency and symptomaticity of the both pathologies. In this paper we aim to present a case of abdominal aortic aneurysm with mobile thrombus on the arterial wall and ca- ecal tumor causing ileus, treated with concomitant surgery.
