Transposition of Vertebral Artery to Ipsilateral Carotid Artery for Vertebro-Basillary Ischemia: Case Report

Özet: Semptoms of vertebro-basillary ischemia usually occurs just after head rotation and rapid standing. Transposition of vertebral artery to ipsilateral common carotid artery can be easiliy performed in patients with severe vertebral artery stenosis in V1 segment to resolve vertebro-basillary ischemia semptoms.
