Özet: The term vasospastic disorder contains a group of diseases which are studied and in- vestigated since their first description in 19th century. The etiopathogenesis of these disorders are not still clearly known because the disorder is almost ignored due to the benignity of it"s natural course except the subgroups, which are secondary to underlying another systemic disease. The disorder, whose incidence is not known certainly due to the lack of typical diagnostic methods, causes the deterioration of the quality of life and the loss of manpower, especially in young age groups. The low efficiency of treatment methods as the difficulty of the diagnosis causes the severe functional impairment in patients. In this paper, we aimed to present the basic features, current diagnostic methods and treatment options of this ignored disorders with adding our own clinical experien- ces.
