Özet: Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune hypercoagulability syndrome that induces a wide variety of thromboembolic events. Deep venous thrombosis is complicated by pulmonary embolism and infarction in 35% of cases. The clinical manifestations of the syndrome include venous and arterial thromboses and embolisms, disseminated large and small vessel throm- boses with accompanying multiorgan ischemia and infarction, premature coronary artery disease, stroke and pregnancy losses. In this paper, we describe a rare case of both venous and arterial throm- boembolic event in a 25-year-old young male age who had surgical treatment with medical treat- ment.
