Özet: Chronic mesenteric ischemia (intestinal angina) refers to chronic postprandial abdo- minal pain caused by intestinal hypoperfusion. Diagnosis can often be made by tomographic angi- ography, magnetic resonance angiography, and duplex ultrasonography. It can lead to severe complications and even death if untreated. In this paper, we aimed to discuss a case who presented with total occlusion of celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery aneurysm, in the light of the lit- erature.
