Özet: With increasing number of intravascular therapies, intravascular foreign bodies became more frequently seen clinical problems. Percutaneous approach is widely accepted as the best way of intravascular foreign body removal. In this report, we aimed to present the percutaneous removal of intravascular retained guidewires with endovascular snare technique in two cases. The guidewire was lost intravascularly during endovenous laser ablation in one patient and during transfemoral central venous catheter insertion in the other patient.
