Özet: Psallus (Psallus) flavellus Stichel, 1933, collected in the European part of İstanbul, is recorded from Turkey for the first time. Its male, female, last instar nymph and vesica are illustrated. Characters that distinguish this species from other species of Psallus which are also associated with Fraxinus, are given.
