Özet: Lymphangiomas are often found at birth. 90% of them are diagnosed before the age of two and it is usually seen in childhood. Lymphangiomas are uncommon lesions of lymphatic ducts. Lymphatic malformations are seen in the adult age group at a rate of 1/100000. A soft, painless, non-pulsatile, approximately 7x5 cm neck mass was detected in the left supraclavicular region in a 40-year-old male patient. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging findings were reported as a cystic lesion. The entire mass was surgically removed. Histopathology was reported as lymphangioma. No recurrence or complication was observed in the patient during the postoperative period.
