Özet: While most patients presenting to the hospital with the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome have atherosclerotic obstructive coronary artery disease, some of them are open to coronary vessels especially in young female patients. Coronary vasospasm is detected in some of these patients. Patients with coronary vasospasm can only be admitted with severe clinical conditions from chest pain to severe acute coronary syndrome. Such patients are sometimes treated as occlusive atherosclerotic coronary artery disease. For correct diagnosis of the disease and correct treatment, it is appropriate to control the stenosis detected during coronary angiography by providing intracoronary nitrate.
