Özet: Throughout history, engineering creations have been associated with the level of development of cities and have played a role as tourism items. But in recent years, a new trend called "Bilbao Impact" has emerged and it has shown to the whole world that not only historical buildings but also new works are in tourism. The main purpose of this study is to show the contribution of tourism and engineering creations. For this purpose, the examples of Dubai and Batum cities were examined and the effects of the buildings on the number of visitors visiting the city were examined. The situation in our country is also briefly evaluated in the scope of the study.
