Özet: Most of the students studying or have graduated from universities’ office management and administrative assistance departments look out for the purpose of finding a suitable job and position. Office management and administrative assistance is a four semester higher education program offered by universities which has an aim of providing high qualified and well educated labor force to the public and private sector to contribute work of the office and engage with the office’s activities. Career prospects and the thoughts about the program of the students who chose this program, can be improved and shaped within this four-semester or after graduation. In this context, the expectation of the students from this program is an important part of the program’s perspective of the career opportunities
