Özet: The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between items of organizational intelligence and empowerment climate, among faculty members of Tehran Islamic Azad University, science and research branch. The statistical population consists of all faculty members of Law, Theology and Social Sciences College in Tehran Islamic University which through random sampling method, 97 people were chosen as the sample. The information gathering tool is Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaire and Scott and Jaffe’s empowerment instrument. The data was analyzed through inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and Regression analysis). Results show that there are significant relations between all dimensions of organizational intelligence except strategic vision with empowerment climate.
