Özet: People have been involved in a number of activities to recollect and record what they deemed important since the very ancient times they existed. Archives are a practical extension of these efforts. This has changed the form and quality according to practical, periodical developments and technological advances. Whatever the technological structure of each period, the main features of this structure are also reflected in the archive activities. With all its forms of communication, the user (consumer) habits of the new generation have changed as they are walking in the electronic/digital universe, network structures through communication, information and information technologies. Today's dominant element is uru Digitalism which embraces everything and everyone. Archive work and operations are also within the scope of digitalism. Those who want to obtain your data/knowledge during the period of digitalism, actually want to seize us. The issue is no longer your computers, your accounts, your smartphones. Those of you who acquire your data/information become well aware of what you have gone through, what you can spend, what you can do, and when they develop a little more, the authority will be taken by them. Today, the provisions of technological power owners, life forms, economic, legal, political, social and so on. The rules apply. History is still shaped by them. In this article, the answer to this question will be sought: Will the developments lead us to better days, or does it seem to travel in uncanny valleys? What tasks will the archives undertake in this new period?.
