Özet: Abtract The work art with the title of “Progress in Dream” is an utopia which was written out in 1923. The author who deeply worries about Balkan War, envisages a future project. He expresses this imagination by setting in a dream structure. This utopia written in didactically has the objective of reevaluation of the past and orientation of the future. In this book, working much, progressing in science and technology, having high moral values are constantly emphasized. The principles are put forth to establish “an ideal world”
