Özet: Learning disorders are usually recognized too late to refer children for professional help. For this reason treatment process is getting more difficult, since it brings many psychological development problems. Due to negative experiences during their personality development, some of these children are lost. So, both family and school have important duties. Families should accept the problem and teachers should be able to recognize learning disorders so that they can cooperate with professionals. Early recognition is critical for all types of learning disorders. Otherwise, psychological and sociological developmental problems will be greater than the disorder itself, and this makes children’s adaptation process so hard. Educational leadership is very important to start and manage this process.Aim of this study is getting attention for early recognition of the learning disorders and treatment approaches.Material: “Taare Zameen Par”, 2007, 165 min..
