Özet: Turkey embodies a great potential for nature tourism with a lot of natural values. Kastamonu, one of the corners of paradise in Turkey hasimportant nature tourism potential. Kastamonu has the longest coastline on the Black Sea in the Western Black Sea Region. Kastamonu hostsIlgaz Mountain National Park in the south, Kure Mountains National Park on North West, canyons, plateaus, waterfalls and many natural andhistorical beauties. There is a large number of flora and fauna species and local products are produced. Determining Kastamonu province’s thenature tourism potential and develop various proposals and methods for evaluation of this potential is the aim of this study. Towards this aim,in the study interview techniques have been applied to tourism stakeholders of Kastamonu and research findings have been reviewed.
