Özet: Crime, is a problem that exists daily from the beginning of human history. People are looking for different ways to overcome this problem.Crime is also a form of behavior that is not endorsed by society at the same time. The delivery of a solution is the expected social problem. The different branches of science that portray crime describe criminal activity as a devaition from norms of society. If a violent behavior is carried out to protect itself, it is considered “pathological” in the psychiatric direction. The criminal behavior that emerges in this direction may handled within the plane of psychopathology. While there is no relationship between the great majority of psychiatric patients and criminal behavior, more specific relationship can be seen between some of disorders and criminal behavior
