Özet: This research was carried out on “Cardinal” grape cultivar in the “Table Grape Cultivars Research Vineyards” of “COMU Dardanos Campus”, between the years of 2009 and 2010. At the research, it was aimed to determine the nutrition elements of canes, were used to take graft material. The research was settled up according to randomized plots factorial design with 4 replications. There were 5 vine for each replication and 2 pieces of cane on each vine, were taken for an investigation in winter pruning season (March). Cane samples, were separated into 1–4th, 5–8th, 9–12th and 13–16th internodes, were dried and milled and prepared for analysis. Total number of 21 elements (C, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Al, Co, Mo, B, Cd, Cr, Na, Ni, Pb and Se), were analyzed in samples. For the first and second year samples of Cardinal grape variety, it was determined that the amount of N was low and C/N rate was high in bottom internodes (1–4thand 5–8th) of the canes, but towards to the middle and top internodes (9–12th and 13–16th), amount of N was higher C/N rate was lower. At average results, there were important differences determined on Fe, Mg, Na, Zn and N elements for internodiums, when all these elements had lower results in bottom internodiums, they showed an increase towards the middle and top nodes respectively. However, there was not any important difference seen on average results, Al, Ca, B, P and S elements showed numerical increases from bottom internodes towards to the top internodes of canes, but Cr, Cu, Mn and Se element showed numerical decreases. Fluctuations were observed on Cd, K, Pb and C elements throughout the cane, any of Co and Mo elements were not encountered.
