Özet: The study was conducted during 2011-2012 growing season in Diyarbakır, in order to determine yield and some quality traits of some durum wheat lines and use them in the breeding programs. Eighty durum wheat lines and five cultivars (Artuklu, Eyyubi, Güneyyıldızı, Şahinbey, Zühre) were used as experiment material. Experiment was conducted by Augmented Experimental Desing consisting of four blocks of which every block had twenty five plots. Along with grain yield, test weight, thousand grain weight, protein content, semolina colour, SDS sedimantation were examined. Biplot analysis method was performed to evaluate intertraits and genotyp-traits relations. As a result of analysis related traits to each other and prominent genotypes in terms of particular features visually were shown. In the formed Biplot graph, most of the lines showed superiority in terms of protein content, SDS sedimantation and semolina colour by taking part in the direction of quality traits. As a results, the superior 40 lines in point of different traits were selected for yield trials and also genotypes having high quality property were included into the crossing garden.
