Özet: With the chromosomal data from species, serious contribution is presented to scientific fields such as taxonomy and evolution. Therefore, it is important to create cytogenetic records. Cytogenetic studies on insects are very limited. Cerambycidae is one of the important families of coleoptera in terms of biodiversity. In this study, Cortodera flavimana (Waltl, 1838) and Chlorophorus varius (Müller, 1766) belonging to the Cerambycidae were studied karyological data. As a result of the analyzes, they were observed that diploid chromosome number of C. flavimana is 2n = 20 and haploid chromosome number of C. varius is n = 9 + Xyp.
