Özet: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the attitudes of physical education teachers'- who work at high schools in Çorum province- democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire classroom management styles. The study was a survey method, and the data was collected via a scale prepared by the researchers which was called as "Physical Education Teachers' Classroom Management Perceptions". The data collection tool comprised two parts. In the first part, students were asked to provide their personal information. In the second part, they evaluated the items on the scale, which was a five-point Likert scale which was comprised 12 items. The participants were 12th grade high school students from Çorum. 1003 volunteer students attended the study and the number of the valid questionnaires was 914. As a result, there was no significant difference between teachers' autocratic or democratic classroom management styles and gender; but there was a statistically significant difference between gender and laissez-faire classroom management styles of teachers. In the multiple comparasion test based on school types, no significant difference was observed between the types of schools and democratic classroom management styles of teachers. However, there were significant differences between the school types and autocratic and laissez-faire classroom management styles of teachers. Sports High School students had the highest mean score in laissez-faire classroom management style while Science High School had the lowest mean score.
