Özet: This study was carried out to determine nutrient contents of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) forages cutting diffferent season and its seed in Kırsehir ecology. For this aim, fenugreek was cultivated to obtain forage samples before flowering, after flowering and at harvesting time to analyze their nutrient contents and in vitro digestibilities. Green forage yields of fenugreek, before flowering, after flowering and at harvest were as 724.1, 883.2 and 472.8 kg (P<0.01), hay yield were as 144.0, 178.4 and 414.6 kg (P<0.01) respectively. The average seed yield was 165 kg/da. Fenugreek forage yield, before flowering, after flowering and at harvest had 12.4, 10.4 and 4.9 % crude protein (CP); 1.8, 1.6 ve 0.9 % crude oil (CO), 20.4, 28.1 ve 43.5 %CF; 45.1 40.7 and 35.1 %NFE, 24.4, 34.3 ve 53.9 %ADF; 24.8, 36.5 and 57.2 %NDF, 4.1, 6.2 and 10.4 %ADL and calculated ME (Kcal/kg) values for ruminants were as 2243, 2113 and 1905 (P<0.01).The nutrient contents (CP, CO, CF, NFE and ME (kcal/kg)) of fenugreek seed were as 94.1, 23.5, 5.5, 15.8, 45.4, 2790 (for ruminant) and 2649 (for poultry). The calculated digestible organic matter, ME (MJ/kg DM) for digestible organic matter (OMD), ME (MJ/kg DM) for gas production values for before flowering, after flowering and at harvest were as 67.22, 60.84, 47.90; 10.75, 9.73, 7.64; 6.22, 7.04, 5.89, respectively. To conclude, fenugreek forages should be used as forage for feeding ruminants and seeds for feeding both ruminant and poultry. ,
