Özet: In this study, effect of different cutting parameters on performance characteristics was investigated as experimental in drilling AA 7075. Take noted surface roughness, burr height and cutting temperature as performance outputs. Ø8mm HSS tools having 118o point angle were used in experiments. Minimum quantity lubrication, pressed air and dry machining techniques were used cooling technique. The cutting fluid in machining with minimum quantity coolant was sent between work piece and cutting tool as pulverize. The mixture of boron oil and water was used as the cutting fluid. The experiments were performed with different spindle speeds (5, 10, 15 and 20 m/min) and feed rates (0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mm/rev). Any burr formation was not seen in the experiments so comments are made by taking into consideration surface roughness.
