Özet: A system, which assesses a student's level in a certain lesson by using intelligent tutoring systems, has been designed in this study. The system's expert knowledge module is designed to be made up of two components, field knowledge and rule base. The component of field knowledge is a course that encompasses all educational subjects whereas the rule base component is a list of rules, which evaluates errors made by students in exercises related subjects and, if requested, is formed in order to provide personal feedback, explanations and tips. The aim of this system is to bring the student's knowledge on par with the field knowledge. Thanks to this measurement module of the intelligent system it is possible to evaluate the student's level in any lesson without manual intervention.
