Özet: In this study, a beam-column element that can be used in nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete frame systems has been developed. The finite element method has been used to model beam-column elements. Kent-Park's model is also employed to model the confined and unconfined concrete behavior. Geometric nonlinearity is also included to nonlinear analysis using geometric stiffness matrix. The solution of nonlinear equation is solved using an iterative-incremental method that is called "generalized displaced control method." The results obtained from the developed method for two examples are compared with the results of the experiment studies which are available in the literature in order to show accuracy of the program.
